The time frame of a labour case before getting the dues

I would like to know how much time it takes to resolve a labour case in Dubai court. Is it really taking more time due to COVID-19?

I had registered a labour case in April 2020 in Dubai and it is still going on.

Dear Questioner,

Basically, the case can take a maximum of 6 months before the first instance court.

Based on your inquiry, you have to follow up on your case and check what is the last decision issued by the judge.

However, we can help you to know what is the last decision in your case.

Please feel free to contact us at our email and provide is with the court case number.

Thanks.

If you have filed a labour case, the opposing party can appeal and thus the judgement comes and then can be appealed again.

Try to get a qualified lawyer in such area to handle your case efficiently. Hearings can be months apart thus time-consuming.
