Lifting a ban and deportation for an illness thought to be communicable
Hello,
My cousin has been studying in RAK for the past one year and when he went for the residency ID, the health ministry found that his lungs have a hole.
Some 12 yrs ago, he suffered some illness then he was operated in the chest but he became fine. Now the ministry has issued deportation on him.
My question is will he be allowed to come back and continue with his studies?

He can submit a request to the Ministry supported by documents proving that he does not suffer from any disease now and request that his name be removed from the ban.
It is possible for the Ministry to perform a medical examination on him again.
