Changing the local partner in a limited liability company
Hello,
I am looking for the sponsor change of LLC company, may I know what are the procedures?
The license will expire on 31st June.

He is a partner not a sponsor in the legal language, and he has some shares in this company.
So, if he agrees he can transfer his shares to your new Emirati person that you have to sign a share transfer contract and that should be attested by the notary public.
