Seeking divorce because the husband is cheating on his wife

Hello,

My husband is cheating on me with other different women. I was always forgiving him. He always promised not to do that again and how important I and my son are to him. Unfortunately, he did it again. He damaged my heart.

I have already filed a case through a legal consultant. As I know, only local lawyers are allowed to represent at the court. I am searching for a local lawyer with affordable fees, please.

I really need help!

We both are Muslims, my son is just 3 years.

Thank you in advance!

Dear Madam,

I'm sorry for what you are facing from your husband, but I should explain to you the following:

First of all, you have the right to get the divorce and the maintenance as you already filed your case in the court.

Second, if you have enough proof, you can also file a criminal case.

Third, you should know that the legal consultant is responsible for drafting the cases and memos and every law firm should have their own legal consultant, so what you need is to give your case to a law firm to be represented by a local lawyer with a legal consultant.

Regards,

Mohmed Gadalla

I have some proofs; all from his phone. But I heard it is not allowed to show proofs from a phone of another person.

It is a crime. Actually, I don't know why it is a crime, I just want to defend myself.

Actually, that is not legal to check his phone with no permission from him, so that point will create a lot of argument.

Don't depend on the lonely reason you have and discuss more than one reason to win your case.
