Q: I have gotten a judgment from Dubai court for my final settlement more than 2 months ago. My company has closed now How can I get my gratuity and how much time does it take?

Q: I am seeking compensation for damages from a company that used my name in fraud. I have finished the case until the appeal court and the execution court has ordered that the company assets and accounts be attached until they pay the sum required as per the judgement. The company has been closed since last year and has no more money left in the bank. If there are no more assets of the company I could go after since the company no longer exists, how else can I get justice aside from the words written on a few sheets of my case judgement paper? I've spent a lot and exerted a lot of effort seeking justice for myself, and when it is time to collect what the judge has determined what I should have, apparently there is nothing left. Is there any other legal recourse? Thanks

Q: A labor court judgment was ruled in my favor (I'm an employee) in December 2019, against my ex-employer, for nonpayment of salaries, expense claims, and gratuity. Unfortunately, they still haven't settled my dues. Worse, the owners left the country and the company no longer exists in its physical form; there is only a legal structure. They do not have any assets either. Does it make sense to still seek judgment execution? Also, are there any provisions to pursue the execution order in their present country of residence?

But later found out that there was already similar execution from another case done by a company that has a payment dispute with my employer a year ago. My employer is a construction company with many disputes from Labour and Arbitration cases. The court responded that I will be part of the court order for seizure and public auction of the company. 1. What will I do next? 2. What are my options since the first execution order for seizure of assets was a year ago and until now the company is still in business? 3. How can they operate after 2 execution court orders for the seizure of company assets and public auction? 4. Can a company still be on business after serving a seizure order?

Q: Hi My brother filed a case against his employer for not paying his final settlement and his few months' salaries. He won the case and he moved for the execution also.
