I am a company. My client has dishonored a couple of his cheques.

I only hold the trade license of my client. My sales employee of the firm who has got the deal done is not helping me to recover the money.

I need to know which complaint can I raise against the firm and my employee?

You can't proceed legally against your employee. You need to get a Return Memo from the bank to file a criminal complaint against the defaulter in the relevant Police Station online, and then to submit the cheque along with the bank return memo.

He has not signed any bills etc.

Can I use his handphone itemized bills and WhatsApp history etc. and get it recovered via the police to help me get some evidence against him.

Please note that regarding the bounced cheque, you can chaise the company whose name is there and the person who signed the cheque only.
