We assume that you may still have case/s registered in your name which prevented the clearance certificate to be issued properly.

What we recommend is notarizing a Power of Attorney from you to us in order to be able to act on your behalf and get the certificate for you as well, or if you have any cases registered in your name, we will inform you accordingly.
