Challenging a verdict issued while being outside the country

An ex-partner has used security checks of mine and got a case verdict against me while I was outside the country.

However, I have already paid more than half the amount a while ago. I am currently stuck outside the country and unable to get back to my business.

The verdict against me was in my absence. I want to challenge that verdict. I may get a retrial or convert to a civil case instead.

Is this possible? What are my options?

Hello,

As per your query, please note that as it’s a criminal case and there was a verdict, in this scenario we have to know, what is the verdict?

As it was an ex-partner order and you have not appointed any representative or advocates, so we have to appeal or put an objection to such an order.

As there is a criminal case, there must be a civil case too. Your options, as per the written facts, are to appeal or object and to represent.

However, it would be better if we know the details of the case.
