Revoking a POA and issuing a new one to follow up on a case
I am a Bahraini national and have a Dubai residence visa also (Emirates ID I mean).
I have registered a case through one of my staff at Dubai police and was being updated on developments by this staff. However, he has resigned and is unreachable, and the Dubai police will update/pass information only to that person.
Can I give someone else an authorization letter stating that he can represent me and my offices/properties and that the previous person no longer represents me?
Please help me with your valuable advice!

Dear Client,
Good day!
Yes, you can provide us with a full-fledge power of attorney so we will inform the relevant authorities to contact us directly for all properties, etc.
You can revoke all the power of attorneys issued to the other person. If you have the details of the power of attorney form; which notary public you have used, then, we can go and get a copy from the similar notary public.
With that form, you can prepare the revocation form and revoke the power of attorney then, he cannot touch your properties, assets, or do any transaction on your behalf.
For further assistance, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.
Thank you!
