الطريقة القانونية لإعلام المستأجر بزيادة الإيجار بنسبة 10%

أمتلك عقارًا، وقمت بإرسال إشعار قانوني موثق للمستأجر بزيادة 10% في الإيجار وفقًا لحسابات مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري.

أرسلت الإشعار إلى عنوان سكن المستأجر عن طريق أراميكس قبل إنتهاء العقد بأربعة أشهر، ولدي فاتورة الاستلام.

هل هذه الإجراءات سليمة قانونيًا؟ وهلي عليّ فعل شيء آخر؟

Dear Questioner,

Please note that we can advise you only after reviewing the tenancy contract as it might include other terms to regulate such procedure.

However, as an initial review of the facts, you have followed the correct path to notify the tenant of the rental increase.

On the other hand, you should check the terms of the rental agreement to see what should the tenant do in case he would like to renew or notify you to vacate the unit.
