Do the UAE bank debts prevent getting a working visa in Iran?
Hi Sir.
I was working in Sharjah, and I left work because of bad treatment.
I cancelled my visa and I had to go out of the country to come again on visit visa and look for a new job because I have credit card overdue to the bank in the UAE.
I went to Kish for visa change and I was offered a job by some good man.
My question is, what should I do now with my legal status in the UAE? Does it affect my status in Iran if I stop paying my dues?
Do I need to get any documents from the UAE to fix my labour documents in Kish? If the bank made a case, do I get caught in Iran?
Please advise.

Hello
What you do with your legal status in the UAE depends on your choice.
Normally, if you don’t terminate it, it will cause payments to your employer and if they file a case against you it may result in having a problem to go back to the UAE.
Your situation in the UAE doesn’t have any effect on Iran working visa.
To answer your last question: in legal documents, yes, you might get caught in Iran. But in practice, it is a long long way to execute a foreign verdict in another country.
In your case, they cant find out where you are; and if the amount is small, it isn’t worth the expenses to catch you here.
