تسجيل قضية تنفيذ بعد الفوز في قضية أمر بالدفع
أريد تسجيل قضية تنفيذ حيث أنني ربحت في قضية أمر بالدفع (أمر أداء).
أ) هل يوجد صيغة محددة يجب عليّ استخدامها عند تسجيل ملف قضية التنفيذ؟ أم يمكنني الكتابة بطريقتي عند تسجيل القضية عبر الإنترنت؟
ب) ما هي تكلفة التنفيذ لأمر الدفع؟ أحتاج إلى المطالبة بهذا المبلغ باعتباره جزء من المبلغ الإجمالي، لكنني لا أعرف كم سيكلفني هذا؟ هل هي تكلفة ثابتة أم نسبة مئوية من المبلغ المحكوم به للتنفيذ؟
ج) لقد قررت المحكمة الموقرة في وقت سابق تأجيل دفع رسوم المحكمة في قضية أمر الدفع حيث أنني أبلغ من العمر 80 عامًا. ولكن خسر المدعى عليه القضية ويجب عليه هو دفع رسوم المحكمة.
هل سيتعين عليّ دفع تكاليف رفع قضية التنفيذ؟ أم أن الخطاب الذي حصلت عليه لتأجيل رسوم المحكمة سينطبق على قضية التنفيذ أيضًا؟
