Dear questioner,
Regarding the notice period, the employer has no right to ask you to take the annual leave during the notice period.
In regards to the compensation, (Arbitrary Dismissal) in case there is no reason related to your work with the company, you will have the right to claim a maximum of 3 months' salary as arbitrary dismissal, and this will be according to the sole discretion of the judge.
