Missing credit card payments and its possible consequences
Dear,
As my work got affected together with my salary and I wasn`t able to pay my credit card loan, I guess for last 3 months, I have received now a message from the bank saying: "... we would like to inform you that there is a police case initiated against you and its current status is (Cheque Already Bounced)."
Please may you explain what might it cause?

From the information provided by yourself, I understand that you have missed the last three minimum payments towards your credit card, and when they tried to contact you via phone and email they didn't receive any response from your side.
Now, if they have filed the police complaint already, there will be a possible travel ban on you that has already been imposed as a result of the criminal case.
In order to advise you accurately, I need to understand what are your plans for traveling? how much is the total outstanding amount? what is the maximum limit of your credit card(s)?
