Husband's domestic violence and the due action
I need help!
I have a husband who beats me up and strangles me whenever we have a fight. He is an Indian guy who has been brought up seeing his dad beats his mom and his mom is comfortable with this.
He was brought up in a male-dominant world and thinks that a woman will tolerate anything that men do.
Please suggest what to do!

You may file a criminal case against your husband for physical assault if the medical report was prepared.
However, you need to understand the consequences which will lead to the end of your marriage also.

You should call the police if he does anything physical or mental harassment and also approach the family guidance section of the personal status court.
