Dear questioner,

You can definitely ask for a full refund of your investments as the developer has defaulted on his basic duties by delaying the handover of the property.

Further, we need to review the mutually signed sale purchase agreement (SPA) in order to assist you properly.

If need be, kindly contact us by phone or email for further assistance.

Dear Questioner,

The developer has defaulted in the performance of its obligations. You can register a case against the developer and claim a refund of the amount paid.

Please send us a copy of the SPA at our email so that we can review the same and advise you accordingly.

Regards,

Sunil
