Acquisition of real estate for Syrian citizens is unfortunately forbidden in Turkey.

But you if you make a capital investment of $500k with the condition to reserve the amount in your bank account for a term of 3 years, then it would be possible for you and your wife and your kids below 18 years of age to get the Turkish citizenship.
