Taking action against a supplier in the UAE for not delivering goods
I bought goods for (AED 400K) from a company in Jebel Ali - Dubai and they charged me 5% VAT which was not supposed to be charged because the goods are for export to an outside buyer.
Now, they refuse to deliver the goods after 11 months. Can I sue them for fraud?

Hi,
With these types of cases, it is vital to understand the nature of the transaction. Therefore, we will have to review any agreements or other similar documents that may have been enforced prior to the transaction.
Thereafter, we can look into the possibility of issuing a formal legal notice to initiate repayment of your payment amount.
The legal notice will be drafted in accordance with prevailing UAE laws and supplementary documents provided by you.
