Is the job offer genuine when the employer asks for money to pay visa?

Hi sir,

I am S. from India. I did receive an email and a phone call from a company HR- Abu Dhabi, UAE Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates.

They sent me a letter with all the company terms and policies and asked about my details for the visa process. Can I believe them and share my details?

Also, they are requesting a payment that I need to pay to get my UAE Entry Visa.

Looking for to your valuable advice on it.
