Legal assistance with filing a bounced cheque case
I'm looking for a lawyer. I prefer to give an initial payment of AED 1000 and after recovery of the claim amount, then only I can pay the fees of 25000.
The amount is AED 115000 for a cheque bounce case. Today the opponent got a fine only, and the next step is a civil action. The cheque was given for a vehicle I sold. This guy is a local person.
Any lawyer is interested in my case?
Dear Questioner,
I prefer if you go to a law firm and ask them to register for you a Performance Order.
This will start with a legal notice sent to the defendant and give him 5 days period to return your claim amount.
And if he will not comply you will submit your Performance Order which means the court will give you a decision within 3 days to recover your claim.
