هل يمكن فرض عقوبة السجن لإنفاذ حكم قضية مدنية؟
سؤالي يتعلق بقضية مدنية. شخص ما أعرفه يقضي عقوبة جنائية مدتها ثلاث سنوات بتهمة الاحتيال بمبلغ قيمته 35 مليون درهم إماراتي.
هناك أيضا قضية مدنية مرفوعة ضده. لا يمكنه دفع 35 مليون درهم إماراتي. ستنتهي العقوبة الجنائية في غضون ثلاثة أشهر.
هل سيبقى في السجن بسبب القضية المدنية؟ كم ستكون المدة التي سيقضيها في السجن؟
