Time frame to get the final judgment and money in a labor case

I resigned from a company and currently under notice period (1 month). I have a strong doubt that my employer will not pay my salary due & end of service benefits easily.

In this case, if I need to go to Dubai Court, normally, how much time it will take to get a judgment and my money in the present conditions?

Hello,

Please note that for salary claim and compensation in a labor case, in order to get the first order, it takes from 1 month to 3 months. It depends upon the situation of the case. In case of an appeal, it may take longer.

However, as most of the court proceedings are still done remotely, so hopefully the case may get over in the first court within 2 months.
