As per your query, please note that as per civil law, you can claim two types of compensation; one for moral harm and another for monetary harm. You were falsely accused of theft which was proved wrong and on the basis of that, you have been morally harassed. In regard to this situation, it is better to claim the compensation, as you were mentally harmed by your employer.
