Staying in a flat free of charge after employment termination due to COVID-19
The contract of my apartment expires on June, 30th. At the same time, my employer did not extend the new contract with me.
I am a Polish citizen (Europe) and because of COVID-19. I have no flights to Poland. Do I have the right to stay in my current flat for about two months longer free of charge or do I have to pay to the owner?
If so, how much should I pay? If not, then how to do it?
Regards,

You can contact the owner and ask him for the extension you need with an amount decided by you both.

As per your query, it seems that you were terminated by your employer. We have to know the reason for your termination. Was the termination due to COVID-19 and restructuring of the company?
Please note that if the termination is as per the pandemic, then your employer is liable to pay the rent except salary as per the new law until you have your flight schedule.
Also, you will be entitled to your salary and EOSB. And, if you have already received all your allowances, then you should pay till the month you will be occupying the flat (still it is better to notify the employer about your stay and flat rent and negotiate with them).
