Dear Questioner,

I have a client with the same subject, even the developer refused to reschedule his payment and we insist not to pay according to the Land Department progress report.

My question is can I still use delay in the project as a clause to cancel my unit?

They will not file the case on such circumstances unless there is a buyer in the market and there is not.

Or can I cancel my apartment and how much can the developer deduct?

We need to examine contract and law.

After selling me, the developer started offering customers post-handover payment plans for 4 years, which is very unfair as even if I complete my payment, no one will buy from me as the developer is selling something with 4 years post-handover.

Can legal help be provided in this regard?

No, it is subject to the developer's T&C, even if they sell it for free, you can complain.
