Limited employment contract termination

Is it possible to terminate a 2-year-contract after one year due to low performance? The contract states that only reasons stated in article 120 Labor Law apply.

In case it is a limited contract of two years, you can not terminate employee's services unless you follow the proper procedures as per the UAE Labor Law, for instance, first warning, second warning etc. Once you follow this procedure, you can terminate services of the worker with the proper notice and again you must abide by the procedure as stated in the Law when it comes to termination.
