شراء عقار ضمن مشروع تحت الإنشاء.
لقد اتخذت الإجراءات الاحتياطية الإضافية لشراء عقار ضمن مشروع تحت الإنشاء والذي من المتوقع اكتماله في الربع الثالث من عام 2020.
سؤالي هو؛ ما هي المستندات القانونية التي يجب على الحصول عليها قبل دفع مقدم 20٪ من قيمة العقار؟

You should be having the sale & purchase agreement (SPA) properly signed by the developer, and proper receipts of all the payments made to the developer.
Apart from the list of documents, you should carefully read out the Terms & Conditions of SPA in order to understand your duties, your rights and most importantly, if the project is delayed beyond the mutually agreed period.
