Hi.

I signed a contract for a 1-year house rental in Riyadh, Saudi, but paid every 6 months.

I don't want to continue renting for another 6 month. Is it possible to breach the contract?

Good day,

You can notify the owner of your desire to leave and not to continue the contract, just 60 to 30 days before the upcoming 6 months becomes due for payment.

Hi.

Thank you for your reply.

I did inform him, but he said I cannot do that. I need to continue staying because of the contract.

But the contract did not say anything about breaching the contract or penalty.
