احتمالية فقدان الحضانة إذا ثبت وجود علاقة غرامية خارج نطاق الزواج
سؤالي هو؛ أنا وزوجي السابق حصلنا على الطلاق بطريقة سيئة في عام 2018 حيث كان كلا الطرفان متورطان في علاقات خارج الزواج.
لقد عدت إلى دولة كندا بينما ظل هو في إمارة دبي. لقد مرت سنتان لم يتحمل فيهما زوجي السابق أي مسؤولية تجاه ابنتنا البالغة من العمر ثلاث سنوات.
لقد هددني أنه سيتصرف بطريقة سيئة وسيقدم الصور التي تُثبت أنني كنت في علاقة خارج نطاق الزواج أثناء زواجنا إذا رفعت قضية ضده في المحكمة.
هل يمكن أن يؤدي ذلك إلى فقدان حضانة ابنتي؟
هل لا يزال بإمكاني التقدم بطلب للحصول على نفقة ابنتي؟
هل سيكون مسؤولاً عن دفعها؟

According to the UAE law, you can claim alimony for children.
And if your ex-husband has any reason to give up custody of your children and he fails to provide them within 6 months of knowing the reason, he loses his right to claim custody.

Relationship outside marriage is considered a criminal offence in the UAE.
But the validity of any criminal offence is only 6 months. Therefore your husband can not use the above-mentioned reason for getting child custody from you.
