Dear questioner,

You can initiate a complaint with the MOL for the same.

Further, you can even initiate a case after the cancellation for your pending dues, gratuity and other benefits.

If need be, kindly contact us by phone for a detailed discussion or write to us at our email for further assistance.

The company must give you your labour rights at the end of the contract in the event of non-renewal.

Otherwise, in the case of non-renewal and the continuation of work means the continuation of the contract with the same conditions as the previous contract.

Dear questioner,

If your employer did not send you a legal notification proving that he does not like to renew the labour contract with you before at least 30 days of the expiry date, it will be considered as a new contract.

And if the employer terminated you, you will be entitled to claim compensation for arbitrary dismissal.

Please feel free to contact me by phone or at email.

Thanks.
