Dear questioner,

You should have a residency visa in order to be able to get a bank account in the UAE.

If you need our help to do that, please feel free to contact us via email or phone and we will perform the due diligence.

Thanks!

Dear questioner,

In case your company is not established in the UAE, then you cannot receive the funds into a UAE bank account. In order to receive the funds into a UAE bank account, you have to open a branch of your current company, here in the UAE, or to establish a new company.

In case you are interested in opening a branch of a foreign company or establishing a new UAE company, please feel free to approach me via email and we can discuss your options.

Best Regards,

But I don't do business in the UAE, I sell to people in the USA. I just want to receive my income in UAE.

Dear questioner,

You don't need a work permit in UAE, but you will have to show supporting documents for your bank if needed regarding the source of income.

As long as you are not conducting business in or from the UAE, you would not typically need a license from the UAE.
