Ahmad Kayali

Ahmad Kayali is a seasoned lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience in the UAE, specializing in corporate, commercial, hospitality, real estate, and investment transactions. Holding a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor (USA) and bar admissions in both USA and UAE, Ahmad began his career in academia. He focused on teaching business law at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, culminating in his role as Chairman of the Department of Management at the American University in Dubai. Ahmad then transitioned into practice, building a distinguished career as both private practitioner and in-house counsel. Over the years, Ahmad has advised family-owned conglomerates, high-net-worth individuals, and multinational companies across the UAE, DIFC, ADGM, and KSA.
