تخفيض الإيجار أو إنهاء العقد دون غرامة بسبب القوة القاهرة

أحتاج إلى مساعدتكم.
أنا وزميلتي في السكن نعمل في نفس شركة الطيران بصفتنا مضيفات طيران ونستأجر شقة معًا.
نحن لا نسافر بنفس القدر الذي اعتادنا عليه من قبل، بسبب أزمة فيروس كورونا مما يعني أننا لا نتقاضى أجورًا مقابل ساعات الطيران، وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتم خصم 40% من راتبنا الأساسي بشكل رسمي اعتبارًا من 1 أبريل. نحن الآن في وضعٍ حرج.

Your employment circumstances will not affect your tenancy contract. You should check the terms of termination in your tenancy contract and you legally abide by these terms.
In the contract, you can check the notice period and penalties for termination of the contract. Better negotiate with your landlord and resolve amicably.
