Requesting employees to work without salary and canceling their visas

My boss told us that he will not give us salaries for the month of March and asks us to work until the end of the month.

What should I do? He also said that there are no more company funds.

We talked to him regarding paying the wages. Now he says that if we are not happy with his decision, HE CAN GIVE the full salary for this month of March, but will cancel our visas right after that.

It is fine. Receive your salary and keep quiet. When he (he can proceed with cancelation) start with cancelation, you may file a complaint before the labor office to claim compensation for unfair cancelation, gratuity (end of service) and other labor dues if any.

Your company cannot request you to work for free. You should contact MOHRE and file a complaint against your company.
