I hope you are asking about medical malpractice, always remember that defaulter has to pay and this is a general rule.

In your case, if the doctor has been found guilty of negligence, then he has to pay but, if he has insurance for that then the insurance company will pay.

A doctor’s resignation or exit from the UAE will not affect.

The insurance was provided by the hospital, and the administration says that the insurance will not be valid once the doctor leaves the hospital.

The incident occurred while the doctor was still employed, and the verdict came after resigning.
