Filing a civil case by the bank after paying the fine

I already had a police case from the bank and I paid the fine at the police station. My case was removed.

Now the bank is telling me they will file a civil case.

Does the bank usually file a civil case if the amount is 100,000?

If they will, is it the same process as the police case that just needs to pay the fine and the case is done?

Your condition has two sections; a criminal section and this has ended and another civil section and this forces you to pay the full amount, otherwise you will be prevented from travelling.

Dear questioner,

The bank has the right to file a civil case against you as you have defaulted on their payments.

Civil cases cannot be closed by paying fines (like criminal cases). Further, a travel ban can be initiated in civil cases.

Kindly contact us via phone for a detailed discussion or write us an email for further assistance.

Dear Sir,

Regarding the above case, if the amount related to a cheque, the bank has the right to file two types of cases against you (Criminal and Civil).

For further information please contact us via phone or email.
