Releasing the passport after a legal case is closed
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had a case on me, but now the case is finished and I need to get my passport back.
I don’t know what to do. Any advice, please? If I did not return back to the UK I will lose my job.
Thank you

The passport can be released on completion of the case against you.
As you quoted above, the case against you is finished. Thus the passport can be released if there is no any other case pending against you.
