أريد أن أطرح سؤالاً بخصوص وضعنا. لقد منحنا عن طريق الخطأ مستحقات الإجازة لموظفتنا السابقة مرتين.

ما حدث هو أنه في السابق، عندما ذهبت في إجازة في شهر نوفمبر 2019، حصلت على مستحقاتها، وفي شهر يناير، استقالت وأعطيناها مستحقاتها مرة أخرى.

لقد حصلت على المال على الرغم من أنها تعلم أنها تلقت مستحقاتها من قبل. حاولنا التواصل معها لاسترداد النقود، لكنها رفضت إعادة المال.

Initially, you cannot collect it back unless she has signed for the same each time she receives the fund.

If she gets it by bank wire without knowing that, then you cannot recall the amount arguing that it was for the same reason each time.

But for us, we really acknowledge that we oversee this one but they have a copy of the computation before they received the money so it is very unusual that they didn't know.

Then you have to file a labour case to claim the extra amount based on wrong computation.
