هل يصدر حظر ضدي بالإمارات بعد إقالتي من وظيفة بعقد غير محدد المدة؟
أعمل بشركة في الإمارات منذ 5 أشهر بعقد مدته عامين، وقد طلب صاحب العمل فجأة أن أوقع على إنهاء عقدي بسبب إعادة هيكلة الشركة وعدم وجود وظيفة مناسبة لي.
هل يصدر حظر ضدي تلقائيَا لهذا السبب؟
