For cancellation, they need your passport.

If you do not trust them, you can go with them to cancellation authority.

I complained in Tasheel and agreed. Afterwards, I came to know that I should not agree on what I have agreed to.

Can I complain again in the Labour Ministry?

And Last time they registered my complaint under LLC which expired on 30-09-2019, but actually I am under a free zone visa and the company terminated me and stated that they dismissed me.

Where should I file a complaint if my visa is under free zone as Tawjeeh and Tasheel said they can’t register a complaint of a free zone.

You have to register your complaint first through the free zone authority which your company belongs to.

Afterwards, they will transfer your complaint file to Tawafuq to discuss your labour issue.
