تخفيض الإيجار المدفوع للزوجة السابقة في حالة إقامتها مع أهلها
مرحبًا،
لقد تم الطلاق منذ بضعة أشهر واكتشفت الآن أن زوجتي السابقة وأولادي يقيمون مع عائلتها. أنا أدفع لها بالفعل مقابل الإيجار السنوي الذي قررت هي توفيره والإقامة مع أسرتها.
هل يمكنني الطعن على هذا الأمر في المحكمة؟ أم يجب علي انتظار سنة كاملة بعد إتمام إجراءات الطلاق؟
لا ينص الحكم سوى على دفع الإيجار ولا يذكر مشاركة السكن أو الانتقال للإقامة مع العائلة.
