التحقق من القضية المرفوعة ضد أحد الأشخاص قبل العودة إلى دولة الإمارات
لقد خرجت من دولة الإمارات منذ عشرة أشهر وسأعود في بداية شهر يناير. ومع ذلك، اكتشفت أنني مطلوب في قضية مدنية في هيئة التنظيم العقاري للحصول على مبلغ قيمته 23 ألف درهم.
سؤالي هو؛ كيف يمكنني معرفة بيانات الشركة التي رفعت القضية للتفاوض قبل الوصول إلى البلاد ومعرفة ما إذا كان بإمكاني تسوية القضية؟
إذا لم يكن الأمر كذلك، ماذا سيحدث عندما آتي إلى دولة الإمارات؟ هل سيأخذون جواز سفري وسيطلقون سراحي لمتابعة القضية أم سأُسجن؟
