التعامل مع شيك إيجار مرتجع بعد دفع الغرامات والديون

مرحبًا سيدي،

إذا سدد شخص ما كافة الغرامات الخاصة بشيكات الإيجار التي قدمها في المحكمة وتم الإفراج عنه، هل يستطيع الوكيل العقاري رفع قضية إيجار جديدة أخرى ضده بموجب عقد الإيجار؟

لقد تم دفع قيمة الإيجار بالفعل في المحكمة عام 2018 وتم الإفراج عن هذا الشخص من المحكمة. في الوقت الحالي لقد تم رفع نفس القضية مرة أخرى. ماذا يجب أن يفعل هذا الشخص؟

لديه جميع المستندات والأدلة على دفع الشيكات وقسائم البلدية (قسيمة البلدية) أيضًا.

Hi,

If you have cleared the penalty for a dishonoured cheque, it does not absolve you from the liability of the outstanding amount under the tenancy contract for the rental amount due and payable.

Therefore, the landlord can file multiple cases with the cheques that he has until you pay the rent amount outstanding.
