النتائج المترتبة على الاستقالة لعدم تقديم تأشيرة عمل

أعمل منذ شهر في إحدى شركات مركز دبي للسلع المتعددة بموجب تأشيرة سياحة. لقد دفعوا لي راتبي عن العمل لمدة شهر، لكنهم يماطلون في تقديم طلب استخراج التأشيرة.

لقد جددت التأشيرة السياحية الخاصة بي ودفعت ثمنها أثناء العمل معهم، ولم يسددوا لي أبدًا رسوم تجديد التأشيرة.

أريد الاستقالة في الوقت الحالي. هل سيتم فرض حظر عمل علي إذا تركت العمل دون قضاء فترة إشعار مدتها شهر؟

ستنتهي صلاحية التأشيرة السياحية الخاصة بي في غضون 20 يومًا، وكنت أعمل بموجب خطاب عرض عمل غير محدد المدة مع فترة اختبار مدتها ستة أشهر.

هل سيتم فرض حرمان علي في دولة الإمارات إذا تركت العمل في الوقت الحالي دون سابق إنذار؟

First, working with visit visa is illegal. If the CID found this out, they will deport you immediately with a ban.

You can resign immediately as if they didn't provide you with a proper employment visa, no offer letter, nothing.

But still, before resignation confirm with them about the visa.

There's the offer letter I signed before I started working that says before I quit I should leave a one-month calendar notice.

They won’t be able to harm me with it since they didn’t provide any employment visa, and they won’t be able to file a complain and ban me from entering the UAE, right?

If it is written in the offer letter, then you need to serve one month notice period.

That's why I am saying ask them about the visa and how many days it will take more since you don't have an employment contract.

Maybe it's difficult but still, you can submit a complaint before the ministry of labour.

Just keep in mind your offer letter is binding because both the party duly signed the letter.
