My friend is in Abu Dubai jail for 1 year in a case of foreign documents. How can I get the case copy and how can I appeal to convert the imprisonment into fine?

The judgment copy can be received by an authorised Power of Attorney holder.

The appeal can be submitted by a lawyer- holder of a valid Power of Attorney and defendant himself.

The Power of Attorney can be also attested within the premises of Punitive and Correctional Establishments.
