نقل ملكية أسهم الأب في الشركة إلى ورثته
مرحبًا،
أنا مواطن صيني أتيت إلى دبي من أجل قضية إرث والدي بعد وفاته في وقت سابق من هذا العام.
كان والدي يمتلك شركتين ذواتا مسؤولية محدودة ويتعامل مع نفس الكفيل المواطن، وكان يمتلك 49٪ من أسهم إحداهما و25٪ من أسهم الأخرى.
كنت أرغب في وراثة الأسهم والانسحاب من الشركات، لكن قيل لي أنه لا يوجد شيء لأرثه أنا وعائلتي.
إحدى الشركتان عمرها أكثر من 20 عامًا والكفيل يرفض أن يطلعني على البيانات المالية لهذه الشركات.
ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل من فضلك؟
