Filing a complaint against a company because of manufacturing defects
Hi,
I had a car accident a week ago. I have burns on both arms because of the airbag; a 2nd-degree burn on one arm. I got my car directly from the company, not a second hand. Everyone is telling me that the airbag shouldn't burn the way it did and I should sue the company.
Can you please advise?
Also, the accident wasn't my fault and I have the report because I was at a low speed.

The complaint can be filed in the event if there are defects in design, manufacture, or there were hidden defects that cannot be seen by the naked eye as well.
