General POA
I issued a general power of attorney to my friend who was supposed to take care of some things while I was away.
When I came back I found out that he sold my cars and all properties to himself.
I am going to cancel the power of attorney this week, can I submit a claim for my money, cars and properties?
Thanks

It depends on the authorities granted to him in the PoA.
However, he still has to pay you back what he collected by the PoA even if you give him the right to sell to himself.
I am willing to help and assist you. Please feel free to contact me.
