إعداد اتفاقية عدم إفصاح قبل مناقشة فكرة عمل

لديّ فكرة عمل. لقد قمت بإعداد العديد من المستندات ذات الصلة بمهام سير العمل. قبل مناقشة مثل هذه الموضوعات مع أي جهة مًقدمة لخدمات الأعمال، هل يجب علي الحصول على اتفاقية عدم إفصاح موقّعة من جانبهم؟

أثناء إعداد مثل هذه الوثائق، ما هي كافة المواد القانونية التي يجب علي أن أذكرها؟

أيضًا، يرجى توضيح ما إذا كان يجب طباعة هذه الوثائق في مستند قانوني أم في ورقة بيضاء؟
