Holding visa cancellation for two months after resignation
I have recently resigned from the company and requested the company not to cancel my visa for two months. They have agreed.
My question is whether the company can cancel my visa without my passport or signature?
I'm in the UAE.

To cancel an employee's visa, signature on final settlement papers are required. Therefore, the company can not cancel the visa without your signature.

If you agreed with the company that they will keep your visa for the next 2 months, and you have a written agreement in this way, they should not cancel it.
To reply to your question: yes, they can cancel your visa after 6 months by filing an absconding case against you, if you don't provide them with your original passport.
